About
Interlogica is led by Russell O'Brien, an AI Solution Architect specialising in agentic AI built on Anthropic's Claude Code (and OpenAI's Codex). Russell works across the full agentic stack — agent loops, skills, plugins, MCP integration, hooks, and Python tooling — together with the production disciplines that decide whether agentic rollouts actually succeed: intent and context engineering, tool design, permissions, memory and session architecture, observability, and token management.
He holds 17 Anthropic certifications — including specialist credentials for Amazon Bedrock and Google Cloud's Vertex AI — alongside 15 years of Salesforce certifications and a long prior career spanning software development, project and test management, and systems integration consulting.
Interlogica is deliberately small and specialised: you work directly with a senior practitioner, not a layer of account managers. Based in Newcastle, NSW, working remote-first — with travel to Sydney as needed.
